Megabac Environnement — dumpster rental

Terms of use

These terms govern the use of the Megabac Environnement website — an information site that presents our dumpster rental services and lets you request a quote. The rental itself is never concluded on screen: it is settled by phone, and what is agreed at booking is what counts. By using the website, you accept the rules on this page — and should the French and English versions differ, the French version prevails.

1. Purpose of the website and of these terms

The Megabac Environnement website presents our services — 10, 20 and 40 cubic yard dumpster rental across Greater Montreal — and lets you request a free quote, through the form or by phone. It is an information site: nothing is bought and nothing is signed on it.

Every rental is concluded by phone, at 514 708-2424, and is governed by the terms agreed at booking — size, materials, duration, price. These terms of use apply only to the use of the website itself.

2. Accuracy of the content

We publish verified information: the municipal by-laws cited on our city pages carry their consultation date. Municipalities do change their rules without telling us, however, and we do not guarantee continuous updating — check with your municipality before starting work.

Service information — sizes, inclusions, lead times — reflects our offer at the time of publication. As our price lists put it: “Prices subject to change without notice.” The price that counts is the one confirmed by phone at booking, as the Pricing page explains.

3. Acceptable use of the website

The website is offered for normal use: getting informed, comparing sizes, requesting a quote. Two uses are prohibited:

The form exists to request a real quote for a real project: every submission triggers a call back from a human being.

4. Intellectual property

The website's texts, the job-site photos and the Megabac brand belong to Megabac inc. The complete rules — and how to request permission to reproduce content — are in the legal notice.

5. Limitation of liability

The website is informational: it helps you prepare your project, but it replaces neither professional advice nor your municipality's by-laws. Regulatory obligations remain yours — in particular, it is your responsibility to obtain the permits required to occupy public space when the dumpster goes on the street or the sidewalk.

We cannot be held liable for decisions made on the sole basis of the website's content, nor for the interruptions or technical errors any website can experience. When in doubt, call: our dispatchers know the particular rules of the cities we serve.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Québec, and any dispute relating to the website falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Québec.

The website is published in French and in English. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the French version prevails.

7. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms at any time — to follow the website, our services or the law. The version in force is always the one on this page, with its update date at the top. Continuing to use the website after a change means accepting the version in force.

The privacy policy and the cookie policy complete these terms, and the legal notice says who we are.
