This website is operated by Megabac inc., doing business as “Megabac Environnement”, a company registered with the Registraire des entreprises du Québec under Québec enterprise number (NEQ) 1178400033.

Megabac Environnement is a mobile service: its dumpsters go to clients across Greater Montreal. There is no counter or office open to the public — for any question, write to info@megabac.com or call 514 708-2424.

Hosting. The website is not live yet: the identity and contact information of its hosting provider will be added here when the site goes online.

Intellectual property

The website's texts, the job-site photos and the Megabac brand belong to Megabac inc. The site's content may not be reproduced, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization.

Liability

Our city pages cite municipal information — permits, by-laws, local ways of doing things. That information is verified and dated: every by-law cited was checked as of its consultation date. Municipalities do change their rules without telling us, however: this information is provided as guidance, and it remains the user's responsibility to check with their municipality before starting work or placing a dumpster on public property.
