The spring cleanout never lacks candidates: the garage that spent the winter as a storage room, the overflowing basement, the driveway you want back. What it lacks is a start date. Here it is: March — the month the dumpster high season opens, and when Libération Express starts with it, running through October.

The mechanics fit in one sentence: free up your dumpster within 48 hours of delivery — loaded, pickup requested by call or text — and a $50 credit comes straight back to your credit card.
